First time I came in they welcomed me with open arms everyone is down to earth nice, they listen to what you want and they make sure you are satisfied with what you get their dog is the most adorable little thing she's playful and make you feel happy definitely one of the best experiences
Little to no greeting when I came in as a first time guest. Not a relaxing experience, especially the hair washing. Owners dog was allowed to run through salon and puked on the floor in front of me. Salon overall is cluttered. The experience was nothing like what was promised on their website. Extremely disappointed.
Great salon, they offer many affordable services and they have wine! The hairdresser Hannah listened to what my Aunty wanted down and followed through exactly. This has restored my Aunties faith in hairdressers. I got an eye lash tint and am very happy with the results.
It's hard to find someone that does a good job and is reliable, Lori and Untangled Salon is great...I highly recommend them.
I love this place!!! I have been a client for almost 10 years and have had only the best experiences. Not only are they knowledgable about hair, they are the most personable and fun loving group of people. They are up to date on all the latest trends in hair styles and services. They are family and care about your personal life and family, and they mean it. My favorite addition to the staff is Beastie: the cutest and sweetest little dog you will ever meet. I am always so happy to see and play with her, just precious. If you want a killer hairstyle and a comfortable and friendly place to get it, this is the place for you. I would give this place 100 stars and highly recommend you try these guys out. You will not regret it, I promise you. I am a dentist and I am very perticular plus I know how to run a business. These guys do too and they are very perticular about fulfilling your needs. This is the one and only place that I trust my hair needs with, and they offer so much more.
