I just met the two nicest people - Mike and Allison! They were so supportive and gracious with their time in helping solve my pedal problems. Mike even took my bike for a test run to ensure his adjustments were appropriate as I had a recent accident and couldn't do it myself.
I needed a saddle. That's all. I wasn't going to spend $3k on a new bike but Mike gave me the time like I was. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Got exactly what I needed plus a helpful suggestion on saddle position. I'll be back. (even if it is a 90 minute round trip) It's worth the drive
