Ed Studer always go above and beyond to help me long after the sale. We had a bad lighting storm and two of my speakers weren't working and I texted him after 6pm thinking he would get back with me the next day. Within ten minutes he was on it and gave me the answer to my problem and I was back up and running. These guys are top notch.

I had K&S out to do some home networking for me a few months ago. They did such a great job that when I wanted to do some home A/V work I didn't hesitate to call them back. My salesperson (Will) has been very responsive since the first day I ever called them, their solutions are top-notch, work wonderfully and the guys they had working for them are great. Chris is one of those rare combinations of talent , dedication and skill you don't often encounter in the service business. The entire team did a great job, but Chris was the mastermind behind the programming and very much the lead man who took me through all the new equipment. The job was really more complicated than anticipated based on my existing equipment that they had to work with - but they made it work well. Chris went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with the new TV and remote setup and I am grateful for his patience.
I called KS Audio to design and install our home entertainment system in what was being converted from a kids playroom to more of an entertainment room for the entire family. Not only did they do great work, they did it within two days of placing the initial request. I gave them a basic outline of what I was trying to accomplish and they took care of everything else and we could not be happier. Would use them again in a heartbeat as the cost was very competitive and the service was unmatched.
Ed Studer and Ryan Hennigh came to our home today for service on our home theater and deck speakers. We would definitely recommend them and will request them again in the future. They arrived on time, were very accommodating, knowledgeable and efficient. The company that we bought the home theater from did not even return a service call so we were very happy to find such a good company with excellent technicians to service us. Great service!
