Really small compared to other pet smarts. But everything u need. Plus not alot of people and no long lines.
Lots of complaints about grooming but the rest like the fish the cute furrets and the hamsters and turtles are awsome but i perfer you go somewhere else with the grooming!
They do not know How to groom a Bichon Frise. Our dog, after a recent visit looks ridiculous. His face is cut into a V. Not round like it should be. Ugh.
HORRIBLE GROOMERS!!! Second time we have taken our dog to this groomers and both times it's been a very unpleasant experience... 1st time my dog came back with a BAD cut and on top of that he caught could not stop itching???? We took him to Banfield in Mooresville Petsmart and the vet said it looks like the groomer had left soap on him and did not completely rinse him... 2nd time TODAY we decided to take give Cornelius Petsmart groomer another shot! My wife went to pick our boy up and noticed his hair cut was once again bad and she checked his ears and seen they had not been touched. She asked the groomer why his ears had not been cleaned. The lady responded with an extreme attitude that ours dogs ears where "red" and he had something wrong with him (she didn't like that we noticed she didn't do her job). My wife repsonded that's funny because yesterday he went for his 6 month check up at Banfield and they said he was very healthy! She then followed up with that she was not touching the dogs ears and that we needed go see what the vets problem is. Note: we take him every 3 weeks to Mooresville Petsmart groomers and have NEVER once had an issue! TAKE UR DOG ELSEWHERE UNTIL THEY FIRE THE CURRENT CREW!!!
Our dog was brought here for a hair cut. Came back with some slight bald spots and hair cut very close to the skin. I was so upset and emotional about how my baby looked. Never will go back here again for anything.
