Cassia is an amazing barber. I have thinning hair on top and she knows how to work with it while doing a flawless fade on the side. I'm also super picky and she makes sure I'm satisfied and doesn't make me feel rushed.
I wanted a change, but my former barber knew only one haircut. Valerie worked with me to develop a nice change that I like a lot. Just a nice, comfortable place.
i tried to schedule an appointment last. Ugly. It of course the website was down. I get there before they open. When they do open there isn't anyone in the place but they say they can't help me until 4pm? How about some customer service? How about having more than 1 person cutting hair? Extremely disappointed. At least Supercuts is around the corner, reliable and staffed by people who seem to appreciate you walked in.
