They don't know how to color/dye dark hair. Didn't even style my hair after it was all done, just plain blow dried it out. Didn't cut my hair as I'd asked. Its said that say your hair done right can make you look way younger. Well I just feel 30 years older. Very disappointed. :( gave them 2 stars just for the friendliness of the staff. But will never go back. Wish I could get my original hair and money back.
Best experience I have ever had at a salon! Not only does my hair and skin look amazing but the environment and staff are so welcoming and friendly. The hair and skin care line are the best I've ever used! Also I highly recommend tiffany, she always does exactly what I ask for and it turns out even better than I could imagine! This is definitely my salon for life!!
This was my first time at Sanctuary Salon & Spa, but it will not be my last. Beautiful salon, super friendly staff, and a great location. Tiffany gave me the exact color and cut I was looking for and then some. She was patient, thorough and welcoming. I left feeling more than satisfied - I left feeling like myself again. I will definitely be back.
Very friendly staff! Creative and stays up to date with all the new trends. Clean and welcoming environment. Sarah is my favorite stylist! She's not the type of stylist that just does the style that you want. She tries to work with you on what is the best for your skin tone, face shape, etc. You will always walk out of the salon satisfied. If not, they will make sure to satisfy your needs. Best salon around.
