Gross! They don't understand food safety. The cashier was handling money with gloves on then wiping them off on her apron and putting them all over my food. Eat at your own risk!
Three drinks a biscuit and bo'rounds took 45 minutes to wait in line and get our order! No sweet or unsweet tea in the lobby, no one filled it up or checked when they were told tea was gone. DON'T EAT HERE
My mom went through the drive thru to pick up some food. She waited 45 minutes all because they forgot about her order. When she walked in to see where the hell the food was at and was told they forgot, the employees started to laugh about it. Rude, inexperienced, and careless employees. Don't eat here unless you like being laughed at for their screw up.
Don't judge Bojangles food based on this location. Lived here 20 years and every 6 months I make the mistake of going to this location. Over sweeten tea, hard biscuits, dry rice, watery beans, plain fries and watery gravy. Can't remember the chicken being bad but I'm sure it is. They have never had a qualified Bojangles cook in the kitchen.
I really enjoy trhe food here but the they need to improve the service here a little bit more its kinda slow sometimes but other than that it's good
