Then down the line, the young man that dressed our sandwiches did so with great care and accuracy. When you go to that place with the 5 dollar foot longs, their employees are called "sandwich artists" but you generally get a clump of onion on one end, a clump of bruised tomatoes on the other end, and sauce dripping out of the wrapping. Gross. Yet the gentleman preparing our order was more of a sandwich artist than that place with the $5 footlongs. He distributed everything evenly. No clumped ingredients, even coverage, perfect amounts. He was actually visibly focused on putting out quality.
I dealt with Dominique at the outset and he was an absolute delight. Helpful, kind, friendly, got my order down pat and helped me figure out a more cost effective way of setting up my order. He also went out of his way to be accommodating but that's a story for another day. I won't bore you. I'm not sure if the guy is a manager, but if he's not, he should be.
Waited 3-5 minutes no employees on floor out of uniform manager on the floor finally gets an employee no apologie for the wait asked if the bell rang when I came in it had edited from a 1 star review have came back and had good service and food consistently
Very good service, I visited during the afternoon on a Friday. For some reason not so busy. I order 2 6 inch subs and fries, they were ready and served very quickly. The employees were very nice and pleasant, The place was very clean inside and outside. I will be visiting agian.
Overall, I'm glad I finally went. I'm a convert. It might not be $5, it might not be so fast I freaked, but it's the best sandwich I've had in this town, especially for the price, ESPECIALLY considering the top notch service I got.
It's like a better Quiznos. French fries are made to order and are amazing. Get the daily baked cookies, you won't be disappointed.
Maybe a bad night but it was my first experience at this place. Chicken salad was like soup on the bread. Philly cheese steak was good but not much meat. Medium fries for $3.49? They were cold and trust me it was not a medium. The cashier neglected to tell me they had no ice tea when I ordered a medium size drink. I don't drink soda so that was some expensive water! $26 later for 2 subs 2 med drinks & fries- I would suggest going to Jason's Deli down the street and for less $$.
Stopped in here for the first time tonight. With other sub options in town, I never even entertained the idea of going til a family member requested it by name. Now I'm mad I hadn't ever been and feel like I have to make up for lost time. I'll be back for sure.
